Delivery and returns

Delivery services

Mahka delivers to all countries of the world. 
Once the order is confirmed, the address provided by the buyer for receipt of the order can no longer be changed.
Neither the carrier nor Mahka may be held liable if the order cannot be delivered on account of a mistake in the delivery address (post office boxes cannot be listed as an address). 
Delivery is made under the following conditions:

For deliveries to Hong Kong, the order will be dispatched by local postal service.

As from the date of the handing over of the parcel by the Mahka Company, the Hong Kong postal service undertakes to deliver the order within 1 to 3 working days throughout mainland Hong Kong. Delivery is subject to the signature of the recipient. If the recipient is absent, the postal employee will leave a notice of attempted delivery in the letterbox of the customer.

For deliveries to the rest of the world, the order will be dispatched by Fedex.

Delivery by Fedex is from Mondays to Fridays between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m (excluding public holiday). The parcel will only be handed over directly to the intended recipient against signature. If the intended recipient is absent, a notice of attempted delivery will be placed in the recipient’s letterbox. It is possible to contact Fedex to arrange a second delivery attempt (see contact details in the notice of attempted delivery). The intended recipient may then do one of the following:

-       a new delivery attempt to the same address or to a different address (provided it is in the same destination country);
-       deposition of the parcel at a relay point of a Fedex partner; or
-       deposition of the parcel at a Fedex agency.

Delivery times

Standard delivery in Hong Kong: 1 to 3 working days
Standard delivery to the rest of the world: 5 to 8 working days*
Express delivery to the rest of the world: 3 to 4 working days*
*as from the date on which Mahka hands over the parcel to the carrier.

The buyer may track the delivery at any time on the website of Fedex ( using the tracking number previously provided in the e-mail notifying dispatch of the parcel.

Delivery charges

The amount of the delivery charges will be indicated under the tab “basket” and is subject to the approval of the buyer prior to the validation of any order. 


Provided the products are still in their original packaging and have not been worn, washed, ironed, adjusted, dirtied, the buyer may cancel the order within 15 days of the delivery of the order.

To return an article, simply send it to the following address:

Products must be sent together with the duly completed return slip (contained in the delivered parcel).

The costs of the return will be borne by the customer. We advise you to use the following courier services: FedEx, DHL or UPS. The return courier expenses are borne by the Buyer.



Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, the buyer will be informed by e-mail of the processing of his or her request.
Mahka reserves the right to refuse returned items in the following cases:

- Returns outside the time limit (after 15 working days)
- Returns that are not consistent with the stipulations, given that products must be returned in their original packaging and state.

After your returned parcel is received and validated, you will be refunded within 15 working days, and you will receive confirmation e-mail.
The buyer will be reimbursed for the full cost of the products returned.
The dispatch costs of the “return” will still be borne by the buyer.

If you wish to exchange a product, you will have to request a refund and place a new order.
